As coffee is a perishable product, any returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt.
People’s tastes differ and if you feel there is a genuine quality problem with any of the coffee you receive then please contact us at info@numbelacoffee.co.za and we commit to engage with you constructively to resolve the matter. We want you to enjoy our coffee and recommend shopping with us to your friends and family
Returned items are shipped at the customer’s expense in their original, unopened packages.
Processing and delivery of ordered items can be expected to arrive within 3 days on average,
however, delays may be expected over weekends, public holidays and situations beyond our control.
All our deliveries are by 3 rd party couriers
