Encantada means “enchanted” which accurately describes this coffee with walnuts, fruited and cocoa flavours , grown in the southern Brunca region of Costa Rica. Typically Costa Ricans prepare their naturally sweet and creamy, rich, drip coffee using a coffee-sock cloth filter called a “Chorreador”.
